Companion Troubleshooting

No headset appears

Check that:

  • the headset is running Training Viewer;
  • both devices are on a compatible network;
  • the learner session is ready to receive a connection;
  • discovery has been refreshed.

Connection fails

Retry the connection. If it still fails, restart discovery on iPad and confirm the headset is available.

Session status looks stale

Request status from the companion controls. If the state does not update, reconnect to the headset.
