Accounts and Workspaces

Training Composer uses your Meije account to decide which workspace projects you can create, open, update, and view.

What a workspace is​

A workspace is the shared place where your team keeps training projects. It controls:

  • which projects appear in Training Composer and Training Viewer;
  • who can open or update projects;
  • the branding shown in the Viewer;
  • which training modules are available to learners.

Before you create or open a project​

You need:

  1. A signed-in Meije account.
  2. Access to at least one workspace.
  3. The correct active workspace selected in Training Composer.

If Training Composer asks you to sign in or choose a workspace, complete that step before continuing. Project creation and opening are intentionally blocked until access is ready.

Switching workspaces​

If a project belongs to a different workspace, Training Composer may ask you to switch before opening it. Switch only when the project is part of the workspace you intend to work in.
