Step Content Types

Step content helps the learner understand or complete the active step.

Common content types include:

Type	Use it for
3D element	Show an object that belongs in the environment or procedure.
Text	Provide short instructions or context.
Label	Identify a location, component, or target.
Button	Let the learner confirm or trigger an action.
Illustrated instruction	Pair visual reference with text guidance.
Numeric control	Let the learner enter or adjust a number.

Keep each step focused. If a step needs too much content, split it into smaller steps.
