Viewer Troubleshooting
Projects do not appear
Check that:
- the device is signed in with the expected account;
- the workspace contains published projects;
- the project has finished syncing;
- the network connection is available.
A project is unavailable
The project may still be downloading or updating. Wait for sync to finish, then try again.
A module does not launch
Retry the launch. If the issue continues, ask the author to open the module in Training Composer and verify that required assets and completion rules are valid.
