Branding and Members
Workspace settings control how the workspace appears to users. Access is managed from the Account area.
Common workspace settings include:
- workspace name;
- primary and secondary colors;
- header image.
Workspace owners can manage access from the Account area in Training Composer and Immersive Training. Use member management to invite teammates, review pending invitations, and change the role of existing members without leaving the app you are already using. Invitation links open a Meije page where teammates can sign in to join the workspace in a browser, then choose Training Composer or Immersive Training.
Only document exact role names and permissions after the final workspace access model is confirmed.
Branding guidance
Use workspace branding that helps learners recognize the training context. Keep header imagery clear, specific, and safe for training use.
