Workspace Project Library

The workspace project library is the shared list of training projects your team can use.

Authors see projects in Training Composer. Learners see available modules in Immersive Training. Supervisors see modules in the companion app.

Project visibility

Training Composer can show projects from every workspace your account can access. If you open a project from another workspace, the app asks you to switch first.

Learners and supervisors see a project when:

  • the user has access to that workspace;
  • the latest saved version has synced successfully;
  • the device has refreshed its project list.

Keep names clear

Use project names that make sense outside the authoring team. Learners and instructors should recognize the module without needing internal context.
